How do I become eligible for free wig maintenance, 1 free lace replacement, color changes, or style adjustments?
To be eligible for these benefits, you must be an active member for at least 3 consecutive billing cycles. Membership eligibility resets if your subscription is paused or canceled.

Can I return wigs or services included with the membership?
All members can return or adjust their wig within 30 days of receipt. Non-members have 7 days to return unworn wigs and 14 days to request adjustments after delivery. For non-members, additional adjustments or maintenance are available for a fee.

What happens if I pause or skip my membership?
Pausing or skipping your membership temporarily suspends access to benefits, and your eligibility timeline for adjustments or lace replacements will restart when billing resumes.

How often can I request maintenance services?
Wig wash, refresh, and style services are unlimited. Major adjustments like lace replacements and color changes are limited, but fit and lace tint are adjusted at the first purchase and can also be updated during the regular wig maintenance service.

What if I cancel my membership after buying a wig?
If you cancel your membership within 30 days of subscribing, all benefits and return eligibility will be forfeited. To reactivate your subscription in the future, you must pay the difference between the public price and the subscription price for any prior purchases.

What is the difference between non-member and membership benefits?
Non-members have 7 days to return unworn wigs and 14 days to report an adjustment after delivery. They can also pay for additional adjustments or maintenance. Members enjoy 30% off all products, unlimited wig maintenance services, and access to a stylist for consultations post-purchase on care and installation.

Standard maintenance is included, but advanced customizations beyond the stated benefits may incur additional fees. Members will be informed of any costs before services are performed.
